it's important to always remember regular nail trims can help prevent foot injuries, overgrown nails, and difficulty perching while beak trims may be needed for birds with abnormal growth and wing trims (when chosen by the owner) should always be done safely and conservatively so your bird doesn't drop to the ground.
‼️Teamwork makes bird grooming safer‼️For our larger parrots we use two experienced team members during grooming (Janna & Alanna) One person focuses on safely restraining the bird while the other performs the nail, beak, or wing trim. This allows the grooming to be done safely and efficiently while being able to properly monitor your bird for any signs of stress.
