Boarding Services
Let us pamper your pet while you travel worry free! Stays can be one night or several weeks.
Costs of boarding services vary depending on:
- Length of stay
- Whether you provide your own enclosure or using and Urban Zoo provided enclosure
Clients are expected to provide the diet familiar to their pet as well as any specific instructions regarding enrichment or socialization requirements.
Client provided enclosures must arrive at the store in a clean and ready to use condition. ** If deep cleaning is required upon arrival a cleaning fee will apply.
Prior or upon arrival, clients will complete and agreement and liability waiver. Please also be prepared with veterinary information and alternate number. Special notes and care instructions will be written and agreed to at this time.
